Yesterday afternoon I made bread for the kids' teachers for Teacher's Appreciation Day. I pulled the loaves out of the oven, set them on the stove to cool, and went about my business.
An hour later I came back into the kitchen and what do I find?
Tiny Tyrant standing on my grain bin, eating the tops off of every loaf he can reach.
Been there. Sweet Pea ate the tops off of the muffins I made for Pastor Appreciation last fall. Pastor Rob thought that made them even more special~~wait until he has kids of his very own ;0)

ReplyDeleteIt was fine. He only ate the tops off two. I had six loaves, thank goodness or I might have lost it rather than type up a blog post.
You could always serve teacher appreciation crutons.
