Today, while teaching 5th and 6th grade science, in the middle of a sentence, I chipped two teeth.
I wasn't yelling.
I wasn't grinding my teeth in irritation. (I may have been rolling my eyes, but that's for another post.)
I wasn't eating Gobstoppers.
I was just talking. And by some freak of nature, two of my teeth caught on each other. There was a very loud crack and then chunks of enamel floating around in my mouth.
And then I got to hear about all the broken teeth my students have endured in their short lives.
Hubs says, "It sucks to get old."
Thanks, Hon.
If this is what it means to be 33, I'll think I'll sit this one out.
Happy birthday to me.

Thats not getting old. Thats talking too much. You know, if you over use something it eventually breaks down. I think women as a whole need to take heed. I would suggest trying some non-verbal communication. Not the kind of non-verbal communication you are doing right now.
At least whole teeth aren't coming out....I think that doesn't happen until 35 or so....
What kind of non-verbal communication is that NB? This? Or maybe this? How about this?
And what happens if you "break down" your body using body language? What then?
