Silence is Golden

There once was a girl named Jamie, who processed everything through her keyboard. The good. The bad. The ugly.

And then she went to Ethiopia. Where she couldn't get on blogger. And the one time she could, someone made her promise to not hit publish for three hours. And once three hours passed, she couldn't get on blogger anymore. And maybe shouldn't have said it anyway.

And now she has no idea how to say what needs to be said without saying what shouldn't.

The blog may become pictoral very soon.

And it may not.

Because there is another person and her feelings involved. And my feelings need to make way for hers right now.

If you aren't on Facebook and don't know: we haven't passed court.....yet. Nine families went. Eight passed. We were missing a document. I have been assured that passing is imminent. That it is sure to happen in "a couple days" for two weeks now.

Ethiopia.

Remember that you are dealing with God's timing, so you know that His timing is perfect.

While you were gone, Ellie gave me an update every day on how long you were there and how many days until you got home :) You are on our minds and in our prayers. Praying for peace and rest, wisdom and a way to release all of your thoughts and emotions whether private of public. We are also praying for our friend and hoping to meet her very soon!
